Dr. Rimka focuses primarily on brain based mental health disorders and after many years of clinical experience has come to understand a primal, meat based diet is the foundation upon which good health is built. Dr. Rimka has been following a carnivore diet many years herself and encourages her clients to at lease adopt a primal paleo diet. We talked about how important animal protein is to brain health and how damaging a plant based diet is.
